This means that all our staff endeavour at all times to reach the highest standards in all dealings with schools, parents, children and young people. If, however, you have concerns about the NEPS service you can discuss these with the NEPS psychologist working with your child's school. If you feel you need to take the matter further you can contact the Regional Director in your area.
