11 July, 2006 - Minister Hanafin announces appointments to An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta agus Gaelscolaíochta

The Minister for Education and Science, Mary Hanafin, T.D., today announced the appointments to An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta agus Gaelscolaíochta for a new 4 year term of office ending June 2010.  An Chomhairle was established under the Education Act 1998 to assist and advise on the provision of education through Irish and on Irish language teaching.
