Who we are

The School Transport Appeals Board in an Independent Body appointed by the Minister of State at the Department of Education and Skills.

What we do

The School Transport Appeals Board examines and determines appeals against the school transport application process regarding the provision of school transport services and/or grant aid under the terms of the School Transport Schemes.

How to Apply

• Submit a completed Appeals Form [STA1] to the School Transport Appeals Board.
• The School Transport Appeals Board meetings take each place month.
