Teacher Exchange - Primary Teachers

Teacher Exchange is a scheme designed to facilitate teachers to temporarily exchange their posts for educational purposes. The minimum period for which a Teacher Exchange arrangement may occur is one school year i.e. commencing on 01 September and ending on 31 August each year.

How to Apply

Teacher Exchange Applications

Teachers interested in the Teacher Exchange Scheme must submit applications to their employers (i.e. Board of Management/ Manager/ Education and Training Board) not later than the 1st March of each school year prior to the school year in which they propose to commence/continue a teacher exchange arrangement.
