State Indemnity/State Claims
|
|
Community and Comprehensive schools are State-owned schools and are covered by State indemnity. With regard to voluntary secondary schools and primary schools, which are privately owned, each school managerial authority is responsible for arranging insurance cover. In the case of Vocational Schools and Community Colleges the onus is on the relevant Vocational Education Committee to arrange insurance cover
