This list below identifies higher education institutions in Ireland, which provide higher education programmes leading to awards included in the National Framework for Qualifications. These institutions:
- are established under an Act of the Oireachtas (Parliament) OR
- are in receipt of State aid OR
- have some programmes validated, leading to awards of the Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC).
